The ExecutivesMATT MARTINMatt Martin is President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Matt Martin Real Estate, a full service brokerage firm established in 2005. Matt is also President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Matt Martin Real Estate Solutions, which launched successfully in the fourth quarter of 2006. Prior to founding Matt Martin Real Estate, Matt was a self-employed independent contractor. He gained his business experience through a variety of sales and vendor positions in retail, beverage, and other markets. A native of Rome, Italy, Matt received his early education abroad and spent much of his youth traveling the globe as part of a United Nations family. He has resided in the Northern Virginia area for the past 14 years and received his college education at George Mason University. He is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and will shortly become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). ANDREW J. REAMERAndrew (Drew) Reamer is Executive Vice President of and Vice President of Corporate Relations for Matt Martin Real Estate. Drew oversees sales, operations and finance and directs efforts in all phases of corporate relations, operations, risk analysis, and corporate expansion. Prior to joining Matt Martin Real Estate, Drew worked for Sierra Capital and Investments as a Commercial Real Estate Inspector, traveling coast-to-coast as part of the risk analysis department for Washington Mutual. He was an independent real estate contractor and while working for Weichert Realtors, served as a land specialist, technology trainer, lead network coordinator and mentor, before moving on to Re/Max. A native of Brentwood, Tennessee, Drew earned a degree from Virginia Tech in Interdisciplinary Studies, with minors in Business Technical Writing, Business Leadership and Business Management. Jeremy’s responsibilities are to aggressively grow the Matt Martin Real Estate network by increasing the partner pipeline, acquiring new clients, and working with technology to support the needed platforms. Prior to joining Matt Martin Real Estate, Jeremy was an independent real estate contractor with Re/Max and Premier Realty for several years. He gained other business experience through a variety of sales and financial positions with Qwest Corporation and Accenture. Born in Canberra, Australia, Jeremy has also traveled extensively through Europe and Asia. He has resided in the Northern Virginia area for over 20 years and received his Bachelor degree from Virginia Tech in Marketing Management. He went on to obtain his Masters degree in International Business from the American University in London England. Mike is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s accounting functions and financial systems. He is also responsible for directing its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, as well as forecasting and projecting company growth, and allocating and reinvesting funds to ensure corporate longevity. Prior to joining Matt Martin Real Estate, Mike worked for Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Solutions. He served as Finance Leadership Development Program Associate on the Enterprise & Logistics Program and was responsible for balance sheet management, cash flow analysis and overhead reporting. He was then selected from a group of 50 applicants for a special assignment as part of the Orincon Transition Program, where he helped integrate a subsidiary company into Lockheed Martin. He then served as an Overhead Analyst, managing a budget of $430 million, as part of the Corporate Overhead Program. Mike is a native of Brentwood, Tennessee.
